Citroen’s New C3 is already going down a storm and it hasn’t even officially arrived yet!
But the order books are now open here at Freeborn Citroen so you can be among the first to discover what the fuss is all about.
This exciting car will be in Freeborn Citroen showrooms so you can try it for size on 4th November in Southampton, 15th November in Wokingham, 17th November in Guildford, and 21st November in Winchester. Specialists from Citroen UK will also be on hand to answer all your questions.
New C3 was first seen in public at the Paris Motor Show, where Paul Horrell from Top Gear Magazine was enthusing over the car, which he pointed out was imbued with the spirit of Cactus, recalling the Citroen C4 Cactus which has been a huge hit with UK buyers.
“The spirit of Cactus isn’t just about the floating roof design. It’s about an emphasis on comfort, and straightforward good cheer,” Horrell explains.
The new car comes as a five door only, the preferred configuration for many buyers, but there’s plenty of style choices with an appealing palette of colours and patterns for several parts – roof, mirrors, and the bezels on the Airbumps and foglamp. In the interior the trims for dash, doors
and steering wheel are all selectable.
One world first is a built-in HD dashcam that can be used for real-time social sharing of forward-facing stills via an app. It activates video recording automatically if there’s a crash.
Citroen is also promising the New C3 will be one of the quietest hatchbacks around thanks to class-leading soundproofing while the seats are comfortably soft yet supportive.
Even the so-sensible What Car? team have taken to New C3. The magazine’s Steve Huntingford reports being impressed by the dashboard with its “significantly reduced button clutter” and “intuitive” touchscreen.
If that’s whetted your appetite, contact the Freeborn Citroen sales team nearest you and make a date to see New C3. It’s what everyone’s talking about!
